I. Features: 448 Wooden Ship Antifouling
Paint is made of Chlorinated Rubber combined with several kinds of
toxic materials, and features fast drying and high drying performance,
high adhesion, outstanding antifouling effect and impact resistant.
The color won't scare fish in the sea.
II. Purpose: The product is applicable for bilge of wooden ship and
can effective control ocean organism, protect ship from corrosion
and damages, improve voyage speed, reduce energy consumption and prolong
the life of wood.

2. Viscosity: 80-100s (4#25¡À1C¡ã)
3. Fineness: ¡Ü60 micron
4. Flash Point: 40C¡ã
5. Theoretical Dosage: 6m2/kg
6. Drying Time: under 25C¡ã, touch dry: 1 hours; hard dry: 8 hours

IV. Construction Description: (1). Fill the gaps with ash and hemp
thread for new board, after drying, apply 48 Green Wooden Ship Antifouling
Paint for 1-2 times. (2). To old ship, thoroughly clean the bilge
with fresh water, remove ocean organism, remove old paint if it is
damaged, spray Green Wooden Ship Antifouling Paint for 1-2 times,
thoroughly stir the paint before using. (3). Do not construct in open
air under rainy, fog or high temperature environment, do not construct
under strong direct sunshine in hot summer.
V. Cautions: The product is only applicable for professional purpose.
Please strictly follow relative safety laws and regulations when transporting
and storing the product. Prevent inhaling solvent or paint fog when
constructing, skin and eyes shall not contact this product. Provide
powerful ventilation if it is constructed in narrow space or poor
ventilated space. It requires to wear protection mask and take effective
measures for preventing fire and explosion even though it has favorable
ventilation.
