I. Features: 741 Aluminum Powder Chlorinated
Rubber Prime Coat is made of Aluminum Powder as the thick slurry type
Prime Coat, as physical dry type, the using temperature shall be consistent
with "Remarks", protect it from animal or plant oil.
II. Purpose: The product can be used as prime coat with constant effect.
When spraying on middle or seriously corrosive internal and external
surface of steel plate (including plate dipping in sea water for a
long period), as the prime coat for 742 Iron Red Chlorinated Rubber
Antirust Paint, when the Antirust Paint is under good condition, it
can also be used for part with ammeter cathodic protection device.

IV. Surface Treatment: Before spraying 741 Aluminum Powder Chlorinated
Rubber Prime Coat, please thoroughly clean the damaged 841 Epoxy Asphalt
Prime Coat and dirt surface.
V. Maintenance: Please remove oil with suitable cleaning agent, flush
with pressure fresh water and remove salt, then remove rust or other
loose materials with sand blasting or tools, thoroughly clean the
surface before spraying this product, make sure the thickness reaches
regulated requirement.
VI. Construction Conditions: Surface must be clean and dry, the surface
temperature must exceed the dew point, in order to prevent condensation,
it can be constructed under low temperature, but the drying time will
be long, construct under the environment with the humidity exceeding
95%, it may influence the adhesion of coating film. Provide powerful
ventilation if it is constructed in narrow or dry space.
VII. Construction Procedures: 1. Spray coating first: Spray 841
Aluminum Powder Epoxy Asphalt Prime Coat (or other paint according
to actual requirement).
2. Matching Paint: then spray 742 Iron Red Chlorinated Rubber Antirust
Paint.
VIII. Remarks: The thickness is confirmed according to the using
purpose and area, but it will also change the coating area, drying
time and re-coating time, the normal range of dry film shall range
40-50 micron. For diversified layers of coating, the thickness of
every layer shall be 40 micron, the interval for re-coating shall
be 6 hours at least (under 30 C¡ã), before coating in polluted environment,
please flush the surface with pressure water, make it naturally
dry, as the thermoplastic product, the continuous temperature resistance
of this product reaches 60C¡ã, and discontinuous temperature resistance
reaches 80C¡ã, as a kind of thermoplastic coating, when temperature
exceeds 40C¡ã, it will distort after contacting coating film for
a long time, once temperature drops, the coating film will recover
original mechanical performance.
IX. Cautions: The product contains aluminum, therefore, the usage
range of it in oil tanker is limited. It can't be used for main
deck. The product is only applicable for professional purpose.
X. Safety: Please strictly follow relative safety laws and regulations
when transporting and storing the product. Prevent inhaling solvent
or paint fog when constructing, skin and eyes shall not contact
this product. Provide powerful ventilation if it is constructed
in narrow space or poor ventilated space. It requires to wear protection
mask and take effective measures for preventing fire and explosion
even though it has favorable ventilation.
