I. Features: 742 Iron Red Chlorinated Rubber
Antirust Paint is a kind of thick slurry type Iron Red Chlorinated
Rubber Antirust Paint, and is made of Chlorinated Rubber combined
with a large number of such anti-rust pigment as Iron Red, as physical
dry type paint, it is sea water resistant, mineral oil resistant,
it has poor performance in resisting vegetal oil and arene solvent.

II. Purpose: This product can be used as prime coat for repairing
bilge and middle antirust paint, as Chlorinated Rubber paint with
long effect, it features outstanding anti-rust effect for part in
sea water.

IV. Surface Treatment: Please repair the damaged 741 Prime Coat before
using the product, clean the surface and remove dirt.
V. Maintenance: Please remove dirt from it with suitable cleaning
agent, remove rust and loose materials with tools, repair it to old
film thickness, flush the surface which shall be coated, make it naturally
dry, then spray this product.
VI. Construction Procedures: Construct according to normal procedures.
¢Ù. Spray 741first according to regulations for Chlorinated Rubber;
¢Ú. Spray 743 Antifouling Paint or 844 Epoxy Antifouling Coating according
to requirement, spray Diversified Colors of Chlorinated Rubber Hull
Paint for the part over water line.
VII. Remarks: The thickness is confirmed according to the using
purpose and area, but it will also change the coating area, drying
time and re-coating time, the normal range of dry film shall range
60-100 micron. For diversified layers of coating, the thickness
of every layer will influence the drying time and minimum re-coating
time (please see Construction Description for 741), before coating
in polluted environment, please flush the surface with pressure
water, make it naturally dry, under dry condition, the temperature
resistance of this product reaches 60C¡ã, and discontinuous temperature
resistance reaches 80C¡ã, as a kind of thermoplastic coating, when
temperature exceeds 40C¡ã, it will distort after contacting coating
film for a long time, once temperature drops, the coating film will
recover original mechanical performance.
VIII. Cautions: The product is only applicable for professional
purpose. Please strictly follow relative safety laws and regulations
when transporting and storing the product. Prevent inhaling solvent
or paint fog when constructing, skin and eyes shall not contact
this product. Provide powerful ventilation if it is constructed
in narrow space or poor ventilated space. It requires to wear protection
mask and take effective measures for preventing fire and explosion
even though it has favorable ventilation.
