743 Chlorinated Rubber Antifouling Paint

I. Features: 743Chlorinated Rubber Antifouling Paint is made of toxic materials and organic bio materials. The coating film can recover after wiping and cleaning. The product is sensitive to fishing oil for ships in fish harbor.

II. Purpose: As antifouling paint with constant effect, it features outstanding antifouling effect if it is used for the part from keel to load water line. If the ship voyages in chilly sea with short parking time, or voyages in tropical sea with short parking time, it also boasts of favorable and constant antifouling effect.

IV. Surface Treatment: The surface with antifouling paint under good condition, please remove dirt from it with suitable cleaning agent, flush with pressure fresh water and remove loose materials, after surface drying, apply 743 Antifouling Paint, it is determined according to the actual condition if the Seal Prime Coat shall be used or not.

V. Construction Conditions: Please thoroughly clean the surface before constructing, the dampness shall be higher than dew point for preventing curing.

VI. Brush Paint: Brush 742 Iron Red Chlorinated Rubber Antirust Paint first, or brush according to requirements or regulations.

Please refer to the paint construction requirements on the time for re-coating and launching water, since the product contains heavy pigment grains, please thoroughly stir the paint before using. Use less thinner for assuring the thickness of paint film, spray for several times on the welding gaps for preventing lipographic which may influence the effect of antifouling paint.

VIII. Cautions: The product is only applicable for professional purpose. Please strictly follow relative safety laws and regulations when transporting and storing the product. Prevent inhaling solvent or paint fog when constructing, skin and eyes shall not contact this product. Provide powerful ventilation if it is constructed in narrow space or poor ventilated space. It requires to wear protection mask and take effective measures for preventing fire and explosion even though it has favorable ventilation.
